In March, CTC's Nishei Charlotte hosted an exciting Hamantashen Baking Workshop (click here to view photos). Over 20 women attended this fun-filled event. All the queens felt like royalty while making their delicious Hamantashen by wearing princess crowns and beads. Everyone enjoyed an inspirational discussion on Purim and went home with yummy, symbolic, holiday treats for the whole family to enjoy.
Just in time for the New Year, Mrs. Yelena Hertzberg will teach a Rosh Hashanah-Challah Baking Workshop. We'll learn how to make Homemade, Symbolic, Sweet, Round, Raisin Challah for the holiday. CTC's new Rebbetzin, Sara Oppenheim, will give an inspirational talk on Rosh Hashanah and the symbolism of the round challah.
Everyone will leave the class with more than enough challah for Yom Tov and an experience that will last a life time. You will also receive a recipe with step-by-step instructions.
Supplies and ingredients will be provided.
Refreshments will be served.
