Sukkot and Simchat Torah Services and festive meals

Everyone is invited to join with CTC to share Sukkot in our inaugural Oppenheim Sukkah! Services for Sukkot and Simchat Torah are listed below. No membership and no affiliation required. Bring a friend and share our joy at the CTC! Great people! Great food and great times are ahead!

Sukkot services:

Sunday Evening October 16 at the Oppenheim home:

candle lighting at 6:28 p.m.; evening services begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by Maariv.

Monday October 17 : First Day of Sukkot

Shacharit/morning service at 9:30 a.m. at the CTC .

Mincha evening service at 6:15 p.m. at the Oppenheim home followed by short discussion about Sukkot

Maariv at 7:30 p.m.

Candle lighting after 7:23 p.m.

Tuesday October 18: Second day of Sukkot

Shacharit/morning service at 9:30 a.m. at the CTC .

Mincha at 6:15 p.m. followed by Maariv at 7:25 p.m. and Havdalah at the Oppenheim home.

Yom Tov ends at 7:22 p.m.

Sunday October 23: 

candle lighting at 6:20 p.m. followed by Mincha and Maariv.

Monday October 24: 

Shacharit at 9:30 a.m. at the CTC

Yiskor at 10:30 a.m.

Mincha at 5:45 p.m. followed by Maariv and Simchat Torah dancing at the CTC and a deli communal meal. RSVP to Sara at Sara@charlottetorahcenter.com is a must. Cost is $15.

Tuesday October 25: Simchat Torah

Shacharit/morning services at 9:30 a.m. at the CTC including dancing with the Torah, Torah reading and mussaf

Mincha at 5:45 p.m. followed by Maariv 7:30 p.m. and Havdalah at the Oppenheim’s home
